We worked hand in hand with Hivalgo from the ground up as the company developed the software platform and began building up a client base. Starting from scratch, we consulted on all aspects of business including messaging, positioning, marketing, sales and long-term strategy. The ultimate goal was to position the Hivalgo brand in order to attract investors and capture an initial seed round of funding.
Although Hivalgo did not have immediate competitors that offered a software designed to deal in specialty agricultural commodities, many trading platforms for other goods existed and were the benchmark which potential customers would compare to.
As Hivalgo had no website in place, we analyzed the competitive advantages/disadvantages of the other companies and ranked them next to each other. Using this data, we could establish a benchmark for the industry and pinpointed the platform leader to surpass.
With these points as a baseline, the strategy to develop Hivalgo's brand to make it attractive to investors and customers quickly came into alignment.
We created a comprehensive strategy including full discovery, messaging, naming and marketing initiatives. With design and production spearheaded by Alignkraft's sister company, SCG Creative, we developed a name for the company. visual identity system, logo design, website and investor deck.
